Mentoring

The aim of the mentoring phase is to develop new ideas for products or services. Together we develop new approaches, open up new business areas and scrutinise the value proposition. The result: customer-centric ideas that are precisely tailored to your company.

You already have a concrete idea? In that case we will also be happy to support you! We look at your business case, review the feasibility of your project and jointly work with you to develop the next steps.

Defining

In the course of the Defining phase we start prototyping. We follow the Lean Startup methodology: create, validate, learn. This enables us to find new solutions quickly and effectively - to meet both operational and organisational challenges.

Operative: Prototyping and testing with the aim of defining a minimum marketable product.

Organisational: Gap analysis: IT infrastructure and team-building, as well as definition of possible partners and third-party costs.

Implementing

In the implementation phase, we continue to refine the findings from the previous phases and develop a "Minimum Marketable Product".

For the market launch we can also offer you the development of a "Corporate Identity" - or a minimum version of it, a "Minimum Viable Branding" (MVB).
